I've spent the better part of my career working alongside leading property developers, institutional investors, and high-net-worth private clients, helping get complex real estate deals done diligently while also being efficient.


Before starting Title, I gained extensive experience in top-tier private practice and in-house roles with private and institutional investors, advising on a full spectrum of property matters, from straight sales to acquisitions and developments, through to leasing and asset management. This background shaped my approach today: detail-driven yet commercially focused, practical, and always centred on what matters most to the client.

At Title, my goal is to deliver clear, timely strategic advice that offers superior value to support successful outcomes for clients in Australia's dynamic property market.

Lucy Toth

I'm a projects and infrastructure lawyer, and I sit at the intersection of legal delivery and how the practice runs day-to-day.

My background is in complex projects, where things unfold over time and success depends on structure, sequencing and follow-through, not just good advice upfront. I'm detail-driven and process-oriented, focusing on keeping matters organised, anticipating issues early, and ensuring the legal work continues to support delivery as projects evolve.
